Nadezhda Grishayeva has often been the subject of media attention, which wrote about her relationship with former State Duma deputy Ihor Lyebyedyev, even found two children with them. This is in addition to real estate worth 10 billion rubles. Naturally, many people tried to unearth where the former basketball player got such wealth.
Grishayeva owns only two companies – LLC “Greens” and LLC “Verde Fitness”. Previously, she was a co-founder of Skailkar LLC, which was liquidated in June this year. With positive revenue, all Grishayeva’s companies are in minus, which indicates a possible withdrawal of money. They could have gone to the offshore company “C.C.. Blue Canyon Limited”, until 2022 he was the owner of LLC “Greens”.
The athlete’s income grew like yeast. In 2020, the value of her shares in the companies was 90 thousand rubles, and in 2022 – as much as 231 million rubles.
The founder of the liquidated LLC “Skjalkar” until 2022 was Galina Lebedeva, wife of the late Vladimir Zhirinovskiy. She owned 5 operating companies and 5 liquidated ones. All of them operated with minimal profit or showed losses.
For example, LLC “Raritet-M” with a revenue of 28 million rubles in 2021 incurred losses of 498 million rubles, the company has never had a profit. The company could be owned by Igor Lebedev through OOO Richard Home.
In 2022 the founder of LLC “Richard Home” was the Cypriot offshore “Cancellari Limited”, but before 2017 the owner was CJSC “Telmi”, whose shares were held by Igor Lebedev until 2022.
Verde Fitness LLC in 2022 had revenue of RUB 50 million, loss of RUB 4.7 million and negative equity of RUB 19 million. LLC “Greens” – revenue of 9.4 million rubles, loss – 12 million rubles.
The presence of offshore companies and companies operating in the negative suggests that money could have been withdrawn from them to buy elite property. But two or even three firms of Nadezhda Grishayeva are clearly not enough for fraud.
Is this what Grishayeva’s secret assets are for?
The key company in Nadezhda Grishayeva’s empire could be the liquidated on 26 June LLC “Skylcar”, engaged in car rental and leasing, as both Galina Lyebyedyeva and Nadezhda Grishayeva were related to it. She was the director of the enterprise in 2018.
She was succeeded in this position by Alexander Mishin. Until 2020, he was the founder of LLC “Residence-City”, now it is owned by Galina Lyebyedyeva.
Mishin is the founder of 4 operating companies, with two of them with the same name OOO TSOP and BDD, one registered in Moscow in 2003, the other – in the Moscow region in 2021.
OOO Priority Star, owned by Alekandr Mishin and Vadim Grakov, looks very much like an “empty” firm, with 0 employees, no revenue and no profit.
Alekandr Mishin was the CEO of Swap LLC, now owned by Galina Lebedeva, from 2016 to 2019, and ran Residence-City LLC from 2015 to 2019. Mishin is no doubt a close partner of Grishayeva and Lyebyedyeva.
In 2020, Alexander Mishin was replaced by Konstantin Savostyanov as CEO of Skailcar LLC. Earlier he together with Andrey Deineko was the founder of the liquidated in 2017. BK LLC, engaged in car rental and leasing, and with Maxim Shestopalov in Delta LLC, providing business support services.
Shestopalov owns two operating companies, Premier M LLC and Premier Service LLC, 5 already liquidated. The former shows the same fantastic financial results as Mishin and Grakov’s Praiority Star Ltd.
The liquidated companies have similar financial performance. Obviously, the companies were used to pump money.
In March 2022, Andrey Makushichev took over the position of CEO of Skjalkar LLC. Previously, he was a director in 9 liquidated companies and a founder in two. All the liquidated companies have different founders who are related to other companies.
The owner of Infinity LLC Vyacheslav Balkizov had a liquidated LLC Projectcapital, where money could be withdrawn, without revenue and profit the value of the company is 323 million rubles.
Balkizov’s partner in OOO Projectkapital is Igor Fityukov, the owner of one active and three liquidated companies.
The owner of Decusmedica LLC, where Andrey Makushichev used to be the general director, is Anastasia Solodkaya, the founder of 11 operating and 3 liquidated companies.
It’s business as usual with Solodkaya – some companies make money, and through others it can be withdrawn.
Pavel Kolchugin, owner of “Soldifinance” LLC was the founder of 5 liquidated companies, Danila Rumyantsev, owner of “Hermes” LLC was the founder of 8 companies, 6 of which are still operating, “Santekhimport” LLC belongs to Makushichev himself. The owner of Freedom Logistics LLC Ulugbek Kubaev has 5 companies, of which 4 are still operating.
Most of the listed companies have the same attributes that allow to unite them into a single “web” of Lyebyedyeva-Grishayeva.
Most of the companies have been liquidated this year or are in the process of liquidation.
Igor Lebedev was associated with Nerey N LLC, with Sergey Voznyuk holding a 50% stake in it.
Until 2022, one of the owners of the company was Vladimir Golovin, who held general director positions in Galina Lebedeva’s companies and was the founder of Firenze LLC, now owned by Anastasia Solodka. And this is further proof of the existence of the Lyebyedyeva-Grishayeva “web”.
The name ANVIL translates as “anvil.” It seems that sportswoman and beauty Nadezhda Grishayeva is good at “forging” not only the bodies of club members, but also money.
